All containers are carefully inspected before being released for delivery or customer collection to ensure they meet the agreed specifications and are in satisfactory condition.
Returns will only be considered if a container is found to be defective or materially different from the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. Customers must report any such issue within 30 days of receiving the container.
Containers that have been custom-built, specially configured, or modified according to a customer's specific requirements are not eligible for return, unless the issue is directly attributable to a manufacturing defect or our workmanship.
Where a return has been approved, the container must be returned in its original condition and may be subject to inspection. Return transportation costs may apply where the reason for the return is not due to an error, defect, or other issue attributable to Containers PLG Solutions LLC.
